If a subscriber has accessed and viewed any part of the course lectures, they are not eligible for a refund of the amount paid, due to the nature of digital content that cannot be reclaimed once accessed.
2. Refund Eligibility
If a subscriber has not accessed or viewed any part of the course content, they are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests are handled exclusively via WhatsApp. Please include the course name and purchase date in your message:
Your request will be reviewed and responded to as soon as possible, and the refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
